We at DOOR GATE DEPOT do our best to ensure our customers a flawless transaction every step of the way, from the time you order to the time you received your door. Make sure you finalized the delivery address so that there will be no delays in the delivery of your door.

DOOR GATE DEPOT makes sure all of our iron doors are protected and free from damage. Before signing the shipping company’s bill of lading, please check whether the crate has been damaged during shipping process. Do not accept the Iron Door from the shipping company until you have thoroughly checked the product packaging for any damages. The damage that is caused by shipment needs to be immediately reported and notated on the bill of lading. Note any damages to the packaging if possible take pictures to support claims as the shipping company cannot stay during the actual unpacking process.

We request our shipping company that all of our doors are delivered with LIFT GATE ON THE CURBSIDE ONLY. Please remember that these are very heavy doors that need two or more people to move it.  It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the door to a place to store your iron doors.

DOOR GATE DEPOTs Standard Shipping Fee for Most State starts from $250 to $450; these prices are applicable to our Standard Doors. For Oversize Custom Product, EXTRA Fee may apply.
